We accept payments by FPS or bank transfer, or made using a valid Visa/Mastercard/American Express.

Can I add more items into my submitted order? 提交訂單後可以加入更多貨品嗎？
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to the same order. To purchase additional items, you may submit a new order.
一旦提交訂單，你不能在同一訂單加入更多貨品，如欲購買更多貨品，請另行提交新訂單。
Can I cancel my orders? 我可以取消訂單嗎？
Sorry, orders placed cannot be cancelled. You can return your order and get a refund. Please refer to RETURNS & REFUND for more details.
抱歉，已下訂的訂單無法取消。你可把貨物退回並退款，請參考退貨及退款一欄。

You may choose to receive your orders by SF Express Cash on Delivery service or pick up at our store. SF Express Cash on Delivery service is available for all online orders to Hong Kong areas only, except for certain areas which are not covered by SF Express. How long does delivery take? 送貨須時多久？
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days while the delivery takes 1-2 working days.
訂單一般會在3個工作天內發貨，而送貨需時1至2個工作天。
How much are delivery fees? 送貨服務收費如何？

Return and Refund 退貨及退款
Are the products refundable? 可以退回及更換貨品嗎？
You may return any item(s) purchased online within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) to be returned must meet below conditions:
1. Unused and undamaged with the original packing and product tag retained
2. Perishable Goods such as coffee beans are not eligible for return
網上購買之貨品，可於收到後十四日內退回，唯需符合以下條件：
1. 退回的貨品必須未經使用及無損壞，並保留原裝包裝及價錢牌
2. 容易變質的貨品，例如咖啡豆，並不能退回
How do I return a purchased items? 如何退回網上購買之物品？
To return, please send back the item(s) in the original packaging along with the original receipt to below address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damage or loss of returned item(s) during shipment.
請將需退回之貨品連同正本收據及原裝包裝交回門市「香港九龍新蒲崗雙喜街1號安田中心地下 Until Coffee」。所有退貨的運費由買方負擔，退貨運費不獲退回。
How long will it take to receive my refund? 退款需時多久？
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-14 working days. Processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.
收到退回的貨品後，款項一般會於七至十四個工作天內按本來的付款方式退回。處理退款的時間取決於個別銀行或個別信用卡公司之內部程序。
